It is authorized by the Cyprus Public Audit Oversight Board (Ministry of Finance) and by the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Cyprus (ICPAC) as a Registered Audit and Accounting firm. Eurofast Audit Ltd, offers a wide range of professional services to both local and International businesses including Audit and Assurance Services, Accounting, Financial Auditory, Business Consulting and Taxation.

Director
Agathi Lambrou is a hard working and ambitious Certified Accountant, a committed professional with significant business experience in various business stets both locally and international.
She has Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Cyprus and became member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2009. She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Agathi has more than 13 years of professional experience in the audit department.
Agathi has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, tax compliance and VAT matters.

Ninos Mangis
Assistant manager
Ninos works as an Assistant Manager at Eurofast Audit Ltd. He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and he holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent.
Ninos has over 8 years of working experience in audit and assurance services, with very good knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards in Auditing (ISA) and Cyprus Tax Legislation.
He is involved in the audit and financial reporting of various types of business, particularly in property owning companies, trading companies, manufacturing companies and investment companies. Additionally, he provides advice to the customers on various tax issues.

Andreas Andreou
Managing Director
Andreas has over 21 years of experience in the Greek Market in Audit, Tax and Advisory field. He started his career at Arthur Andersen at 1997, while then joined a Big4 Firm at 1999 for 20 consecutive years. During that time, Andreas was the Audit & Tax Leader for a large number of companies, listed and non- listed, covering various sectors.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Auditors and Accountants (SOEL). He graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and postgraduate from the tax department of ELKEPA.
Andreas has wide experience as a Statutory, IFRS and Tax compliance Auditor for standalone and consolidated financial statements. He is also specialized at company restructuring, corporate taxation, valuations, merges & acquisitions, dispute advisory projects, independent business plans and due diligence.

Anastasia Sagianni
Head of Tax, Member of the Board
Anastasia obtained her BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with major in Economics and Business Finance, where she also pursued her MSc degree in Applied Economics and Finance, with academic direction in Applied Accounting and Audit. Anastasia is a member of the Institute of Certified Auditors and Accountants (SOEL).
Anastasia was involved in financial audits and preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Anastasia specialises in transfer pricing and has substantial experience in various industries.
With her interdisciplinary know-how on tax, business and markets, she advises on designing the transfer pricing model that suits to each business. Anastasia was involved in the reviewing of educational material in economics for the Vocational Training Centre of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a distance learning lecturer in accounting programs at the Vocational Training Centre of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
